Hi Melanie. I came here and thought of you after a great finding. I know this is out of topic for this video, but I don't know how to contact you. I've found a " Link " between " Fibromyalgia & Iodine Deficiency ". The past 6 Months, my Dog and I was having Fatigue, Tired, No Energy, Pain Tender Points, Having a hard time walking up and down the stairs, Morning stiffness, Urination Problems, Etc..... I went on a research and found out it was " Sea Salt " that him and I was eating. Since I feed my Dog Human Food and Him and I doesn't have enough Iodine in it, it creates symptoms like " Fibromyalgia ". First, I thought we had Goiter (Enlargement of thyroid gland), then I research it more and found Fibromyalgia + Goiter is LINKED to Iodine Deficiency. If you read this, please take a moment and research into " Iodine Deficiency " since People who are on Gluten Free Diet or Vegans are the most vulnerable to " Iodine Deficiency ". NOTE: After just 24 hours of Treatments of " Iodine Liquid Drops ", most of my symptoms and my dog too go away, we were able to walk up and down the stairs again. After 3+ Weeks, we are doing really good and got energy like superman.

This is totally off topic but I was wondering if you know why there hasn’t been a video from the Fouch family in 3 months? I’m asking because I’ve seen you guys in videos together and was hoping you might know something. Are they just not doing KZbin anymore?

It is not uncommon for them to take breaks and refocus or get a big project done. I wouldn’t be at all concerned.

I am feeling so much better! But I am also working full-time now so my video time is very limited. I have a new channel called Melanie Lynn where I am journaling my health journey. Feel free to stop by if you want to see what is going on at our house. But just a word of caution. I talk about a lot of things there that I wouldn't ever discuss here...like poop!

Bread looks fantastic! Are you able to freeze the dough before baking? That way you could make several loaves and just take one out, let it thaw and rise then bake.

I use the same yeast that is used in wheat bread so I don't see why not. I will have to give it a try.

That looks so yummy. I'm also hankering for some good homemade bread again. Annabelle is sweet. My little girls love doing the same thing when I used to bake whole wheat bread!! Thanks so much for sharing.

So precious! I would love to do this, just curious what you use. I am very limited in what I can eat. What is your base flour?
@RoadtotheFarm

I use my flour blend recipe which is rice, potato and coconut. If those ingredients don’t work for you then I can help customize it with flours you can use. You can get my flour blend recipe for free on my website. Let me know if you have any other questions I can answer for you. www.roadtothefarm.com/melanies-multi-purpose-gluten-free-flour-blend-no-gums-nuts-or-soy/
