really love how king cobras seem to be kinda like cats, but if they bite you, you die in 30 minutes. Love king cobras. So intelligent, cool and placid for being such magnificent predators

You can definitely see how trusting and loving Katie is by the gentle look in her eyes and face and lack of characteristic cobra hooding. Cobras definitely tell you in many ways when they are displeased and feeling up to biting, even before the bite.

Keeping dangerous animals is plain dumb. Why? Because we are not perfect, and mistake will happen. Or some natural event will lose animal free endangering others. Irresponsible people. The only people that should keep those animals are scientists and pharmacists.

Beautiful animals. It's definitely an animal to give lots of respect to. When I was in Afghanistan, we came across a large snake and a couple guys thought it might be a King Cobra. Was around the warmer time of year too so I'm not sure if it really was a King. I do believe the animals do care about the people who help them and actually care for them but they show it in their own ways. That's just me though.

Wow, what a beautiful King. His scales are so beautiful. I have never handled a snake. But I see the beauty in them. Handling or touching them must be magical.

I have three snakes -a kingsnake, a milk snake, and a bull-pine snake cross. They are all adorable. I have had other kingsnakes, bull snakes, and corn snakes. (I still miss Aesklepia -my California kingsnake who died of old age in early 2019.) I have picked up rattlers in the wild and felt no fear (though much caution) of them. I had a North African cobra and a mamba wrapped on my neck in Marrakech, Morocco. The Arab fellow who put them there and demanded 200 dirhams to remove them was quite surprised when this blonde-haired, blue-eyed American reached up and tried to pet them. I was not even slightly afraid and instead was fascinated by them. (The fellow only got 10 dirhams from me.) My father HATED snakes; I LOVE them!

Snakes do not bite trees or stones. There is something that snakes do not bite. Snakes can distinguish what they should not bite for some reason. I don't know why, but he was recognized as a being that should not be bitten by snakes.

I love the quality of your videos, the detail you show on your snakes is amazing and you provide educational content. You care so much about what you are doing. Why don't you get tools like hooks to physically pick up the venomous snakes though? It would be a lot safer.

You said it... "It's a reptile." No matter how 'gentle or docile,' it is an animal designed to strike. And if those very large cobras ever decide to strike, you'll never survive it. Others, like you have taken great liberties with these animals, treating them more like house pets than the deadly beings they are. And some of those people, who took such liberties over being safe, are no longer living.

You did a great job with the Paudarium BUT why add these snakes in there? For snakes id leave them out as I would think theyd be better off in large spaces. Why not put like small crabs or a small frogs in here instead. Its just the size of these snakes for such a small space would bother me personally
