Hello. I’m just seeing this so doubtful you will even see my question but I’ve watched a bunch of vid’s on this now and for some reason, on my Mercury 75hp 2019 motor, the yellow terminator cap I pull out of the motor, won’t fit back on the other end of the vesselview. The vesselview does snap back into the where I pull the yellow cap from, but then that yellow cap won’t go on the other part of the vesselview. Any thoughts? This is making me nuts.

Lol never doubt! So you could have a pin that’s crooked or bent not allowing it to snap in. Inspect the pins. Do you have the right ends plugged into there said spots?

@@nookiehookers8859 thanks! I went back and for the 18th time in a week, looked again at the configuration because it wasn’t making sense it was too easy. So the purple end part on the vesselview that you pull off initially, I guess I only “saw” pulling off the purple cover, not the whole end piece so the other yellow part was not fitting on. Derrrr, finally figured out what I was missing. Got it now, all good! New boat owner here but determined, as a female, to learn as much as I can. Kind of like doing things myself.

Well if your still out there pidegon shooting how does one find out where to hunt them, I did read a article in Washington Hunting magazine and it talked about Frenchman coulee near Quincy wa but the one time I went out their it was full of rock climbers. Looking for a place to shoot pidgeons. Thanks.

Does your oil fill cap come off with not much effort. Mine does not a fan of that or the o ring, which could wear and fall in engine. Maybe I just worry too much

Every Okuma low profile reel I've owned only lasted a year. The drag didn't hold up. They sponsor fishing channels here on KZbin in order to push their junk. That's what it appears goes on.

You can just zip tie it inside. Does not need to be mounted on outside to pick up wireless signal.
