I used to feel like this too bro try putting aside some time to put things in perspective. Journaling also helps, to be honest just do what you can. I know it’s tough but one day future you will be glad you went through it.

Minerva's Den is real fun. Remember to play the Spitfire game when you find it. Also remember to use the opposite element against certain splicers. You want to use cold against fiery Brute Splicers and fire against ice splicers.
