Those 4 cylinder engines are fine on small cars, but not for heavy vehicles. These engines are gonna wear out quick. I bet they will depreciate quickly when people start breaking down before they hit 100k.

Short answer, yes it is the best EV truck currently on the market. Amazing design, performance, range and functionality of a normal truck. It’s universally loved in styling and is absurd, just like a Hummer should be. I like the SUV version too, but for me the pick up is the best one by some way.

Nice review! Both the GM twins are the best looking mid-size trucks on the market, imo. Solid tow capability and payload as well. I would lean toward the GMC. I am in the market to buy at the end of 2024. I would easily buy a GMC Elevation 4WD optioned the way I want. The only issue. . .will I get 150,000 to 200,000 or reliable miles. Hmmmm? BTW, how about sharing the payloads on the trucks? Again, solid review.

Compatible zr2 will have convenience package +1500; underbody camera +500: technology package +950; bose sound +500. Total ~52000. At4x is ~55K. The difference between the trucks is 2-3K. Not that much.

You're incorrect on the diesel numbers. Those are the numbers for the LM2 3.0, the 2024 trucks have the updated LZ0 3.0, which has 305HP and 495lb-ft.
