If you are still reading this: Could you have poured the mixture of W&F that comes with the nozzle into a dial hose end sprayer? Not certain what you would set the dial to. Also, do you know if the W&F Concentrate you mix 1/5 can be used with a dial hose end sprayer and, if so, what the dial would be set to? Thanks.

Just drilled and installed screws on mine. So frustrating. They didn't even include a string for the fan tip on mine. I had to find a picture hanger wire to thread it snd tie a knot.

Thanks, great idea. I wish Wet & Forget would watch your video. I broke two of these in a row. The stuff does work great. It's expensive, but the best out there except for the nozzle issue. I ended up using a nozzle from another brand, but it doesn't shoot as far as the Wet & Forget nozzle (Shoots about 25 feet+ when it works)

Ace. I had an unrelated roof issue but the dealer told me there was a ton of water ingress which they cleaned up for me. Today, driving the car the speakers weren't working so I thought my amp had become damaged... Then, next time starting it the entire MMI unit wouldn't start up (no even, no control lights, nothing). Looked for the fuse and found a large amount of water behind the LHS and RHS covers. Will grab some stuff from work and test this out shortly. Thanks so much for the video, I'd have liked myself if I had time. Not worth Trip to the dealer where they tell you it's a £168 am hour charge for looking 🙃

After installing screws, is the nozzle "on" for dispensing the product all the time, or does the control knob still work for turning the flow off or to spray water only?

Anyone got a link or info on how to clear out the drainage holes in rear of the cabriolet ? Believe there are drainage holes under the roof by boot ?

Having just fixed an inside drip at the driver's A-pillar (a common fault it seems), I've now noticed my boot floor is wet (thankfully I have a boot liner so no soaked carpet) and the cubby holes on each side have quite a bit of water in them. Thankfully the fuse box looks dry and all the systems, motors etc seem to work, so hopefully I've caught it early enough. I've drained / dried up the water and cleaned all the seals as best I can with a damp cloth (as I've not got any proper cleaner yet) - they were quite mucky. There's no obvious damage on them, so if this quick clean doesn't sort the problem then I'll get some proper rubber sealant cleaner and see if that helps. If it doesn't, my thought thought is to glue some sort of plastic deflector along the bottom edge of the metal hood cover (i.e. the part the covers the roof when it's down) that extends below the level of the seal, meaning any water would just by-pass the seal altogether and go straight into the area between the compartment seal and the boot seal and drain away as any other water. The deflector wouldn't be visible when the cover is in place as it would be below the level of the bodywork. Just an idea and it may not be needed, but as I live in Glasgow we get a lot of rain so I need a solution! Will keep you posted...

I have exactly this issue and my hydraulic pump is soaked in water due to this. There are drains on each side which were also blocked. Great video thanks for the pointers.

Mine actually has no gap to push up the weatherstripping. It is glued on both sides..too bad. Mine is a 2012 A5Cab

Also show the washers being set in. I have a trunk flood as well! Was going to have the rubber seal checked as others here.. Good thing these cars are so incredibly beautiful!
