Hallo ich habe eine Frage. Deutsche Bürger die an der Schweizer Grenze wohnen, können für deren Einkäufe in der Schweiz die MwSt. zurück bekommen. Ich habe habe einen Bekannten, der ein Supermarkt hat. Der möchte die Zollpapiere, die bei diesem Prozess entstehen, digital einscannen und aufbewahren. Im Internet habe ich für ihn recherchiert und gesehen, dass man z.B. Rechnungen ersetzend scannen und danach Original vernichten darf aber Zollpapiere nicht. Zollpapiere bzw. zollamtlich bestätigte Belege müssen im Original aufbewahrt werden auch dann, wenn sie elektronisch archiviert werden. Gibt es hier zu Ausnahmen oder irgendein Lösungsweg, der gesetzeskonform ist. Denn diese Belege nehmen sehr viel in unserem Archiv ein und es werden jeden Tag mehr und mehr. Ich wäre Ihnen sehr dankbar, wenn Sie mir weiterhelfen können. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Essa porcaria dessa marca não existe suporte, ninguém nunca te responde e você fica sozinho depois de comprar scanners caríssimos. Estou vendendo os meus. KODAK NUNCA MAIS. Comprem Fujitsu, já precisei deles e me ajudaram prontamente.

Hi! Would you please indicate me how can I get this model (Scan Station 710) to its factory settings? I have a unit that is alreado configured, but it does not let me configure it even when it is plugget to de network and I would like to errase all to the factory settings so I can configure it all myself. Thanks in advance for your help.

Buenos dias. Compre el escaner SCANMATE KODAK I940 para ser utilizado con mi MacBook, por ser Uds. quienes promueven la utilización de este producto para Mac e iMac. No obstante ello, advierto con total desagrado, que ni el cd que viene con el scanner, ni en la pagina oficial hay drivers o controladores para poder utilizar el scanner con mi Mac. Estoy muy disconforme y enojada por la publicidad engañosa que Uds. imparten desde su pagina. Necesito con carácter de urgencia solucionen el problema
