Moses, this video is really wonderful mate. So interesting and raw, very real and reflective. Your production and video content isn’t quite there yet, but it will come with time. You’ll get better at that stuff, just takes some practice. However, your content style and your sincerity really shines through in this particular video. Keep at it, you really got something special. This expose has made me think again!

You all rushed all your sets, I get that’s the idea but you only look impressive to those who don’t know anything about any of the exercises. Your pull ups weren’t locked out and didn’t come all the way up either, using momentum instead of upper body strength only cheats yourselves, not military grade let alone SAS. Dips weren’t 90* plus so failed. Press ups as good to be expected at that speed and second set with jumps just straight up embarrassing, hit the floor then bounce up looking like a worm. Imagine it all looks impressive to most women though if that’s all you care for.

Little man lost and he had it the easiest, as he no doubt weighs the least and has the highest muscle to weight ratio.
