The reason why I turned V-Sync on it's because it gets rid of all the chops and prevent screen tearing in the game that’s why it will make it smooth

However, since you’re using an RTX 4070, I’d suggest trying DLSS (Deep Learning Super Sampling) if you haven’t already. DLSS can boost your frame rates by rendering the game at a lower resolution and using AI to upscale it to 4K, making it smoother, even without V-Sync. It often performs better than V-Sync for balancing high frame rates and visual fidelity. The 4070 supports DLSS 3, which can help you get those smooth frames without needing V-Sync on in many cases. Maybe try both and see which feels better for you, especially for high-end games like Hello Neighbor 2 with maxed-out settings!

Ultra Performance does prioritize speed over quality a bit more, but with the 4070, you’ll still get a pretty sharp image thanks to DLSS 3. If you ever want to experiment, you might also try DLSS on ‘Balanced’ mode-sometimes it hits a sweet spot between quality and performance. But Ultra Performance is a great choice for smoother gameplay, especially in fast-paced scenes. Keep up the awesome content!

Differences: grandpa visiting granny house no matter how he change his weapon??? Slendrina will be now visiting the house Spider mom outline (possibly) In the basement ending grandpa can be seen standing In the granny chopped my head off ending granny is waiting for grandpa signal then we hear the crow In the car ending (bad ending) granny is seen waiting for grandpa signal again then we hear her laughing In the bear trap ending grandpa is looking at granny slapping the player to death Spider ending (granny will open the lever where the spider will get out and grandpa will look at the spider then look at the player )
