I love that everyone though this scene was so ridiculous for Taco Bell being the last one to survive, but this dub didn't exactly age very well, did it? :D I'm also amused they couldn't be bothered to cover up the Taco Bell logo until it's in a closeup.

This is the Australia version. I grew up in UK where we got the Taco Bell version.

there are no taco bells in the UK that i have ever seen, but it still says taco bell in every iteration of this movie that i have ever seen.

In 1994 in the United States, the franchise is Taco Bell, not Pizza Hut which this is poorly dubbed over.

It sucks that this kind of messes with the joke set up earlier, because especially in the 90s the idea of “there isn’t toilet paper anymore and the only restaurant is Taco Bell” is way better than the same joke but with Pizza Hut. I suppose now we get the humor of the badly ADR’d lines, but still.

Here in Switzerland Pizza Hut wen't out of business some 15 years ago. Too bad because it was always a fun enterprise to venture out and devour one of their greasy fried pizzas
