I had a horrible experience with Filter Baby company. I ordered 2 filters by paying $200. When they arrived, I saw that they are not like in the pictures. They look like junk and I believe they're made in China. I got handyman and he couldn't install the filters. They didn't fit into any faucet in my apartment. Then I sent email to the company to return them and get refund. They stall me not to send me prepaid label and refund my money. This company shouldn't be trusted. Now I have to waste more time to get my money back!

Hi, so this filter is to be used with warm water not straight hot water as per instructions in the booklet.

I wonder why they have the regular tap water on the machine? Is it filtered too?

I guess since this is mainly for washing your face with filtered water they have the option to wash your hands with regular tap water. It only comes out filtered from the cartridge side.

Yeah I think it also allows you to use the filtered water only a certain times, helping you go through filter cartridges slower. Each filter is $40 and should optimally last 3 months so that’s good, but if it only had the filtered water option you’d probably change in a month
