The use case I have is where I built my survey in Qualtrics where I want to assess the trainees before and after the training. My goal is how the training helped them improve on the domain. How can I build this in Qualtrics where I can compare the pre-assessment scores and post-assessment scores. Any ideas? Thanks.

Yes the edit multiple statements is available on the latest version - it is in the menu on the left hand side about half way down under the number of choices/statements.

Ok...so I have a survey I am building out for my company, and there is a question that is inserted into multiple sections of it that will be repeated, but could go one of four ways. Is there a way within a single question to pull the response from a multiple choice list into the text question of a survey? Like if someone chooses "neither agree or disagree", "somewhat agree" or "strongly agree", to take that specific response and insert it into the follow-up question? Like, "because you chose somewhat agree, what can be done better?" Would that be pipped logic, or is it easier to just make a branch logic question for each response type and go from there?

How can I see who has filled in my consent forms? I need to email my participants the link and ask them to provide consent, but not sure how to see who has completed the form

Hi Paul, wanted to know how to attach an amazon voucher to the survey while it remains anonymous but only the intended participant should access the voucher once

I think the most straightforward way is to set up a second survey that is only accessible via the final page of the survey which asks for their details and then allows you to email the voucher. This keeps the survey anonymous, but allows you some control over the vouchers. It depends on the project - normally this is an ethical requirement.

In the email generator, do we literally copy a link and paste there? OR does Qualtrics default put the live link there for us? When you open the email, there is an evident area that Qualtrics generated....

Qualtrics automatically includes the link in the email. You can change it if you want to use a shortened version for example, but you don't need to. If you are using specific emails from a list then Qualtrics will generate a unique link per participant so you shouldn't change this.

Hi Paul. Do you know the best way to protect your survey against bots? I'm doing a survey among a vulnerable population so I want to use an anonymous survey but scared that bots will just come for the incentive. Thanks

Hi Lucas, I have sent out large surveys and never had an issue with bots, but that said you can password protect a survey (you could always set up two surveys the first one can email the respondents a password to the second main survey). There are also some options in "survey options" that are specifically designed to prevent ballot stuffing, which may also help with potential bots).

The simplest way to do these is using simple text questions and branching logic if you need it. I shall consider this for future videos too.
