You may want to rethink buying any property in AZ or NV. Lots of counties in each were downwind of the nuclear bomb testing in Nevada from 1951 to 1963. Paying anything for the land in Apache, AZ is like paying to get cancer. I just recently watched a documentary about the "downwinder" towns, cities and counties. So many family members died of cancer. Might want to bring a Geiger Counter.....just sayin'.

I bought land, site unseen, I studied the pictures of the land. I had a very good feeling about it. I trusted the land sale company. That good feeling could always change after a negative event arises! I liked the location of the raw land, even if I have to resell do to health reasons. I get concerns about things like easements & right aways to the land. It was advertised as access road & I have many pictures of that access road. It is surrounded by state lands & I liked the elevation level so the sun may not bake me if I get there to camp someday. All these things are a concern when buying land. Also how do you know if someone else has already established a right away across your land that you may not know about. All of it can be very scary! I took the plunge because I had been saving for eons & made the decision to go for it! Another great reason for raw land is I had great real-estate ruined by twisted small town bad cops that were the thiefs. After those kind of experiences you just let it all go & buy raw land. At least I am still alive to talk about the future. Thank you for helping people learn❤.

Its like air-conditioning units on top of buisness s. I worked for a company that builds fences to put around airconditioners ontop of buisness s.
