It's a Japan developed game, it's obviously gonna be the main language as these games rarely get a English version, all except for Dragon Ball, One Punch Man, JJK, and Bleach. Other than those games, all anime like games tend to be sub versions/Japan VA

Serious answer. Bandai Namco's take on Among Us or the find the real killer in the group of players type games. 1 note, hey Bandai Namco actually tries something new and different. No more fighting games, no more visual novel games, no mediocre trashy low budget action game (Tokyo Ghoul) 2nd note, still looks like trash. I know this game will have fans but come on can't we all say that we need new ideas. Bandai Namco needs to try something different and better than this. They need to know that not every game has to be online related. Like why not make an open world action adventure. Not like DBZ Kakarot but more like make a game similar to Yakuza. Someone at Bandai Namco should ask or suggest an idea, "Hey, why don't we make a single player action game and take a break from the online world? Let's make a Naruto game where the player can explore Konoha and have a fun brawler combat system. Let's write a new original story that doesn't retell the manga and have fit in the main universe." And blah blah more ramblings. Basically Bandai Namco should look at Sega's Yakuza games and copy what they do.

@@rickythemaddragonxiong8757i still think a death note game in the style of persona could’ve been cool. Especially if it took place in part 1 where Light has to balance still being in school with being Kira. Having deadlines, and needing to pay attention to what you’re saying as to not slip up under L’s interrogations. This is fine, and I’ll probably play it if I can get it working on steam deck, but it’s still really disappointing seeing these high fidelity models of Light and Ryuzaki being used for this.

@mdbsonic5772 I think the Telltale style would be a better fit. I've just started Persona specifically P4 Golden so haven't gotten far yet. But if u played or seen games by Telltales where dialouge choices matter (tho some don't) affecting the story and ending. At least Telltale's wouldn't make it a visual novel.

If they plan todo some extensive improvements, i would assume they could include fake IDs and Penalizing ID situations which could punish Murder hobo Kiras. Maybe throw in new things, where players can acquire a type of `Angel` protection which could prevent someone dying from one particular way so if Kira uses THAT particular way of killing them, it would back fire and either invalidate the death and exposing them or just straight up reflect it back on them so they die, forcing Kiras to not only acquire the name but also not risk a russian roulette of being Angel reflect`d back. Similar to how certain roles in Among us or modded versions would have you get alternate win conditions then simply surviving the entire game or killing all the innocent players. Very least it would make sense if they wanna keep to the anime`s design that using `Fake` identities would be a norm. Maybe tweak it so if someone attempts to steal your ID when both new world and investigation levels are still close, the one having thar ID being stolen, can retaliate and `cuff` the individual to jail them so it creates situations where you should only attempt to steal an ID when multiple people are present or some kind of effect is in place to incapaciate or obscure someone`s visuals to prevent them from identifying who took your stuff. Very least the game definitely needs to maybe restrict reckless action to only work if the team`s respective level is maybe 20% or more above the opposing team and require you to hit certain thresholds before you can unlock more reckless actions. Also would definitely help if they included a bunch of `NPC players` which both groups could mix with for hiding purposes and make it far easier to screw over Kira players if say, a NPC player reacts to you stealing an ID in plain sight and they pull a `citizen`s arrest on you` by holding you down, alerting nearby players a `purse snatcher` is present and having other players rush to arrest them and maybe even snag a reckless Kira player in the process. Though i would like to see what a 10 person match would look like, it kinda looks like these rounds go a bit too fast for even new world and investigation levels to get that high at all. Though probably doesnt help that if it was 5 vs 5 then it would likely be rather easy to just murder hobo kira followers out, just like kiras would murder hobo investigators out like crazy with no strings attached to atleast delay the game to require more abilities at higher levels for easier ways to sus out targets. Plus then you could have the typical people just doing symbiotic stream sniping eachother to gurantee thar respective identities and thus make it far easier on making one side win over the other.

@@neregardezpasmabanniereder789 If the game is suppose to come out tomorrow, then it would make sense that some copies were handed out to show off gameplay or so. Either way, even Among us matches last way longer then these and i can only see this game needing todo some extensive improvements or its just gonna fall under yet another coat tail riding knock off game that did not put any thought into actual game balance at all.

Idk it kinda seems hard for Kira when it’s a full lobby, it looks like the game straight up just tells you that Kira is stealing your id. In the video everytime that message popped up the person next to them most likely is Kira. I’m pretty sure when the game comes out, as soon as people see that message the first person they will suspect is the one right next to them.

This is why I’m here, I dodge every battle @ every chance and now I’m lost.
