I did everything exactly how this video told me to and nothing happened. It didn't display anything on my screen indicating it was loading my setup.

Hi. currently I'm using a Standalone Mode(Micro SD) and the standalone mode was save setup at the micro sd. Now, if i"m going to publish content via Local Network do i need to replace the setup i save at the micro sd?

hello, which hardware gives me the ability to have 4 zones and play 4 different videos in each zone.? right now i use xt1144 but i can have max 2 videos in a 4 zone canvas

Great presentation except that the narrator has this Aaaa, Aaaaaaa ..between each phrase which is really an-oying and inappropriate for a professional presentation. BrightSign is a big company, shouldn't cut corners on a proper speaker or presenter.

can I not just add any URL and show it directly to Screen? I dont wanna create file similar to welcome.html.. BrightSign does not make this very friendly as it complicate more.

Does it have level of security? having main account and limiting user account to change content?

You say i will need to learn : html coding, how to use 3 different websites and how to manage the 100 steps on the brightsight programm? WHY?

Hard to believe you charge for tech support. We just paid over $400 for a new HD unit and if we get stuck and need tech support, you charge for it? This is really a bad policy and alienates your dealer base.

if we have a portrait led video wall with a custom resolution how do we set this up. We only see preset resolutions.

I believe some BrightSign devices are compatible with touch screens... Is it (still) true that at least the XT Series, XD Series, HD Series and LS Series are touch compatible? Are these new XC5 ones compatible with touch screens or are they not? At about 00:47 in the animation it looks like a fingertip is doing some touching of a screen. Which BrightSign players are compatible with touch screens?

How to connect XT1144 with BrightAuthor:connected? I can use BrightAuthor to connect but BrightAuthor:connected cannot.

I got the new update on a laptop but somehow I can't connect when I add the ip address but when I use the bright author on another laptop it works. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
