Good afternoon, I want to find out who I need to get in contact with. I bought a CPS TRS21 Pro-Set Sparkless Ignition Proof Refrigerant Recovery Machine through Amazon. I used it for the first time now in January, it makes a strange loud noise, smoke and sparks come out of it. It is extreemly dangerous as the butane is flamable. I have sent Amazon an email, and all the the branches of CPS producs on the information booklet received with the machine. This was more than 2 weeks ago and I have received no response. I live in Cape Town South Africa, I paid alot of money for a machine I cannot even use. Amazon said I must courier it back at my own cost, which is going to cost me almost more than half of what i paid for the machine and then they only refund up to 25 dollar. That is ridiculous!!! The machine is faulty and was purchased and received in December 2023. First time using it made sparks etc. I would like a full refund on the purchase price as I had to paid import duties as well and not prepared to spend any more money on this machine.

Funny how HVAC manufacturers, aftermarket tool manufacturers and engineers can design and develop these things. Dude has the cleanest hands I’ve ever seen for a HVAC tech. Cherry picking units that they know there tools will work with. 60% of currently in use units is an estimation of what this tool can be used on. Can’t wait to see the mini-split version.

No o rings replacements? Mine dry rotted up and cracked to the point I couldn’t move the brass tee head anymore. Only lasted a summer if that.

Hi I called support today got a call right back. Thank you. I have 5 TS-100 non off which will connect to the new CPS link app. I have to say I am very disappointed at this point can you guys help? The tech advised not to use individual apps as they are starting to not support. And recommended that I switch to the newer cps link app. No luck. I can't imagine that all 5 ts 100's failed. Please help. Loyal customer.
