We do not, I apologize. We just used the slats that we adhered to the van walls as our guide. Set up a straight edge (you can use a long level or scrap piece of wood) next to the curved wall and measure down in increments. Then transfer this to a template and cut out the curve. Hope that makes sense. 👍🏼

gorgeous. can this size van be built out with a wet bath? i know we would be losing some counter space, but just wondering if it can be done.

Definitely! It would just make the living area feel less open and yes, would would have to sacrifice counter space.

It’s beautiful but that propane hot water tank looks dangerous in that wooden box with an open flame inside. I thought there was a minimum of 12” needed above it?

Amazing design, if you were able to add two additional seat belts in the back for two additional people to ride comfortably for long hours, I might have been knocking on your door. I know I am asking for too much, but just in case you can figure that out, would be a great option for folks like me to consider. Are you guys sure this is a 144 and not a 170 inch Mercedes :)

Hahaha that would be awesome!! But definitely not possible with this build as we’d need safety complaint seats. But yes it’s a 144” and we’re obsessed with this layout!

Sorry for the late comment. We used an adhesive to not have visible screw holes. However wood to metal screws would work as well 👍🏼

I like everything but I’d like my bed stayed fixed. Don’t want to make my bed everyday and don’t want to feel the seams between all the cushions .

Valid concern! Luckily setting up/putting away the bed in this build is suuuuper quick and easy. We have similar cushions in our personal build and we never even notice the seams. That was my fiancé's biggest concern but he's been happy with the results!

Fair enough! There’s a world where you could build a waterproof slide out compartment for the toilet that would hide it inside the passenger side rear bench 👍🏼

i love this. i really like how you enclosed the bed area. 🛌. nice. i wouldn't want to be cooking and have spaghetti sauce splash on my comforter. just need it separated. i also cannot have a toilet in my shower. so so so gross!

I used to work at winnebago on the assembly line. Nearly every thing other than walls that hold doors like beds and cabinets are made of small stick boards and 1/4" plywood to cut down on the weight. I would encourage you to tour their plant in forest city, Iowa.

Yes they do! It was more cost effective to install them ourselves on this build. Plus it gave us the flexibility to put windows where we wanted.
