Fans follow punk like a cult and it's scary. They literally support punk for physically attacking a young wrestler. Tony Khan is not Vince McMahon. Why do fans expect tony to be boss like Vince? Vince was like a Mafia. Tony has a different personality. Wrestlers should act more professionally. And let's be real punk wanted to get fired that's why he attacked Perry.

Punk attacked and created this situation to destroy AEW's reputation and that's why aew retaliated by releasing the footage. Punk had WWE as his option. Punk and Cornett all these guys creating false rumours about tony Khan and AEW because of hurt egos. Punk got fired by his former boss tony Khan for being unprofessional at work. Simple. He is not special. He is a human and punishment was justified. Punk attacked him physically and that's the fact , the rest of things don't matter. If you were at Perry's spot you too would have demanded the attacker get fired. Id!ots can't even understand this simple thing.

@@Mr.VAGlNA "Wrestlers should act more professionally" - Yes, Perry should have been fired for refusing to listen to all the AEW senior management in the argument about the glass spot, THEN publicly undermining management and the product by saying the very stupid thing about "Real" glass. This is why people are calling Khan an incompetent boss, he never deals with things until it is too late, not to mention his drivel about taking care of the budget by firing wrestlers and spending six figures on a song for a PPV...

Theory: Hangman pins Joe or simply costs Swerve the title. Hangman has said he is going to do everything he can to prevent Swerve from winning the title. So him winning prevents Swerve from becoming the first Black AEW World Champion in the immediate wake of Black History Month, an ultimate heel move, but so does simply making sure that Swerve doesn't win. I like the idea of Page costing Swerve the title. It keeps the belt on Joe, allows Page to further his heel turn by costing Swerve the chance at history and allows page to cost Swerve the title despite still not having beaten him. Keeps that feud going and adds heat to it and allows Joe to face someone new, like Wardlow.
