The same thing happened to me !!! It happens all the time to black men who are alone ! The police have ruined my life. They took away my livelihood using unpresidented tactics and then kept me outside in the rain for over 2hrs ! Although I parked my car on private property , he raised my hood on my car while it was raining, opened all the doors and the trunk , dismantled my back seat after he arrested me on trumped up charges ! Now , my driving record won't allow me to aquire a decent rate on car insurance ! This happens to black people all the time ! Especially when the black male is alone at night ! He blinded me with his bright lights while I was turning a corner !

Why is it that these people never do this to a white person.

If it caused a national Firestorm what country did it happen in because I don't recall it happening here in the US. Why didn't you provide a clip of the video? I'm sure by now it's public information anyway. I remember what Judge Fleischer of Harris County Texas says in court…. “So you were walking while black…”! He always says this when black or Hispanic arrestees appear before him for a probable cause hearing when it’s obvious there has been no crime….
