Do you have a way to aplicate labels to square surface

Many people are converting from labels to shrink sleeves. I've noticed with my customers in Colorado that about 40% of them want shrink on their product. The key is finding a heat source that works for shrinking. Typically steam is the best, and radiant heat is second best. Some people will use heat guns to apply them in small volumes but if you plan on shrinking more than a couple of thousand at a time you'll need some sort of heat/steam tunnel. Great video team! I have tons of Consolidated Label customers in the Denver, CO area that label everything from kombucha bottles to cannabis containers.

I find this very interesting as I have experience working with a big silk screen to create credit cards, debit cards, etc... although my former company did not have a flexo dept. How would I go about learning how to operate this machine? School....? Or get lucky enough to be trained from ground zero at a future potential employer? We had a couple lithographs but they didn't hire anyone without experience... so that was a no go for me.
