Hi it is a lot quicker to prepare all ingredients before you start l do a lot of cooking cause my wife is not very well besides it tastes better when I cook anything .but it looks good. Cheers les from Adelaide south Australia

What part of this is the 15 minutes? It looks delicious but the title is click bait. Baaaaaad for reputation of presenter. Peel and cook potatos first, that doesn't count right? chop all ingredients and simmer with time lapse, then time in oven... that oven time doesn't count either, right?

Could have just layered ingredients then potatoes, more like a shepherds pie. To me this recipe was a little heavy on the oil.

You need to correct your description. You rave endlessly about impressing your guests with this 15 minute meal. There is no way on God’s green earth this meal takes 15 minutes to make.
