I like and agree with most of what you had to say, however, I think some builders have already started making moves to use this settlement to their advantage. And when I mean is, some have already reduced or specifically demanded a buyer's agent agreement. We'll see if any of those stick I suppose. This ridiculous settlement will force a lot of unnecessary changes, but nonetheless, the industry will carry on and maybe, just maybe the part-timers will leave the market and leave the real work to the professional agents, not just the easy money chasers. I also find that larger public groups are the worst, like Lab Coat Agents I think is a dumpster fire of real estate opinions. Smaller and private groups tend to be better and less chaotic.
