Why is Kenya exporting teachers to the USA??? Does it mean that Kenya has a GLUT or an OVER SUPPLY of teachers??? What I know is that the Kenyan Government is NOT building ENOUGH SCHOOLS to ABSORB all the teachers graduating from college. How then can we export teachers who have been TRAINED by the KENYAN TAX PAYER to go and serve a NON-TAX PAYER in the USA??? For how long will we Africans continue to ENCOURAGE THE EXPLOITATION of OURSELVES??? Kenya has NOT reached a point where it can EXPORT TEACHERS to OTHER COUNTRIES. I CANNOT BELIEVE that in 2024, Kenya is still ECOURAGING BRAIN DRAIN!!!! This DANGEROUS TREND MUST STOP!!!. Otherwise we will lose all our trained teachers to other countries just so as to get DIASPORA REMITTANCES. Kenya CANNOT AFFORD to sell OFF its FUTURE. PERIOD!!!!!
