If you want to get a rubber band through sth narrow, i was told to use a safety pin. Basically, you attach the safety pin to the rubber and then thread it through the narrow thing. It has the benefit of a good grip on the rubber band through the safety pin...

why are you trying so hard to fit in with other people? this video is weird along with all the others trying to be similar to make a cardigan. i feel there's lack of original though. less artful more in need of some like from a random person . I typically crochet and make my own patterns. thats the fun part about it. guess im "OLD"

I love doing crochet for gifts because it is so much quicker. Also if it’s simple enough I can usually co-opt my mom into helping crochet 😂 Loving all your projects! You’ve been getting so much done! You can always steam block a project (with an iron or steamer) if you are short on time. It will dry quicker than a full wet block but still give some of the added drape, stitch evening, flat lay that you’re looking for.

Omg I am so glad you’re doing this sweater . I am a newbie to sweater making and this is actually the pattern I’m using. I’ve never done German short rows, so I’m learning a lot at once. I’m using Malabrigo Rios yarn and so I won’t be doing any stripes. I’m also doing the folded neckline. I love this. I started mine last week. Can’t wait to finish watching this to the end. Just had to pause to comment. ❤❤

awn thank you so much!! I LOVE Malabrigo yarns they are so lovely I just know your sweater will turn out gorgeous!! Florence is so good at explaining german short rows and make it a lot simpler to understand so this is a great project to learn from!

Where did you get the white tee from the hobbii haul? It’s so cute😍 also can’t wait to see the new projects 🤎❤️

hi it is from an artist called tabetaaii I bought it at an art market but not sure if they'll have it on their website! :/

The hobbi haul is killer. Every so often I just spend a few hours looking. They have so many good colors and options. I’m excited to see your red sweater and the alpaca skirt whenever that happens. Also lol’ing at the frantic typing in background. I was like either someone is gaming or sending worlds most urgent telegram/morse code message! 😂

Great minds think alike!! First of all love your knitting vlogs. Secondly, I literally just bought the same red yarn and mohair from Hobbii, planning to make a timeless red cardigan. But when I ordered the yarn the wool is not as soft as i had hoped and also mohair is a tiny bit scratchy, but i have seen/read reviews that says the mohair really softens the wool and blocking helps a lot. I was considering sending the yarn back and getting something else, so thank you, i will use the info you have gained 😀from swatching and blocking to make my decision. 😂
@ribsybambiАй бұрын
YES! I noticed that the yarn soften after blocking and I have had similar experience with wool & mohair yarn from other brands and they do soften up with wash & wear so definitely try it out!

Why’d you sensor the videos you’re watching 😆 I would have loved to see what you watch too!
@sebastienlarocque78002 ай бұрын
Early in your video, it looked like your forearms were leaning on the edge of the table as you knitted. This may be why your wrists hurt. Also later on it can cause the outside edge of your hand (including your pinkies) to go numb. I would put down a soft rolled up towel (or something squishy) on the edge so that your arms aren't having their circulation cut off.
