Have tried several toning, classes, as a qualified zumba instructor, who will be doing gold trainiing next month, I are planning to do toning training at some point, love zumba it is great.

I took the Gold Training back in November. It was really good. I teach Zumba Gold on Zoom on Monday nights. It’s a lot of fun.
