Dude. ( or dudette). They're making fun of the kinda guy who immediately accuses a chick of being gay because she has the audacity to not be attracted to him. So feel free to just enjoy the awesome track. ( from the mother of a lesbian!)

The musicianship here is fantastic. This is very cool. I wish others would approach music with such attitude and risk.

This song sounds like the blueprint for many of the singing and chord structures on the first album. It's fascinating to hear the evolution.

I might get hate for this comparison but when Mike said the line "There's nothing that I wouldn't do for you", he sounds exactly like Shayley Bourget from Of Mice & Men, I know they're a metalcore band and that will lead to the hate but meh. Another thing I want to add about this song is the intro reminds me of something you'd hear on Nickelodeon in the 90's, like Ren and Stimpy or something, but this was recorded before that show was a thing I think, this was recorded before the great 90's cartoon shows. Another thing a little off topic from the song itself but about Mike himself, I find it fascinating how he exercises his deep vocals here but he didn't start to do that until the Angel Dust era, his vocals on The Real Thing era were the classic nasal sound that made him popular that we all know and some mildly deep vocals like the rap shouting but not the truly deep crisp vocals you here on Angel Dust or on this track, so I wonder what made him be more diverse in vocals, personally, there was a time where I wish he'd go back to the nasal only vocals, but now I've learned to appreciate his diversity in vocal sounds, but I still prefer the nasal though, just not all the time, I changed my mind about that, I don't desire to hear that anymore, I mean, not against it, but I mostly like hearing him doing the nasal to deep to falsetto mostly.

@@BandoTaco I'm not sure what you're questioning as I talked about many things in this comment but if you're referring to why I want him to go back to nasal vocals, I don't know, I think it made him stand out in the rock/metal world and it drew my attention to his music and I like that sound, it's not every day you hear a singer sound like a literal cartoon character, I just think his higher vocals are cool and different.
