Hi, A02: Internal temperature of enclosure too high. Cooling capacity inadequate/unit undersized, internal temperature of the cabinet too high, means cabinet Temperature isn't maintaining as required. So, the compressor is always in ON condition it leads to error A11 Causes, => Air leak from the cabinet or enclosure => Undersize of the installed air conditioner

Ours just did the same. 9 months old. Was the evaporator can motor.

As we know that NPN sensors generate negative output, that means -0V when the object senses the sensor. Kindly observe once more, in the video when we're checking the PNP sensor, the multimeter red probe is connected to the sensor output that means +24V and black probe connected to -0V. From common point When we're checking the NPN sensor, the multimeter black probe is connected to the sensor output that means -0V and red probe connected to +24 from common point
