It's strange why so much money. The architect couldn't fit the staircase into the interior, the logs on the ceiling are like in the cheapest houses, cheap interior doors, cheap plumbing, lamps from Aliexpress. Please forgive the criticism, but this house is not worth that kind of money.

My main issue with this house is why are the houses so close together? This is nearly 2 million dollars and the houses are so close you could down near pass sugar through the window. Like if i'm paying that kind of money i want space not saying they have to be miles apart but dam not neck and neck like this & I've noticed this issue with a ton of high dollar homes like wt.f

Views are horrible. House is just okay. Nothing spectacular or outstanding about it for the ask price. From the outside aesthetic, I absolutely expected more pop and wow. It fell flat on the average look.

Nice home, but a few necessities seem to be missing, such as electronic shades for those big beautiful windows is an absolute must at this price point! And the painful obvious 2 car garage? Is this builder serious?

Very modern, bright house. Great design. Didn't like the stairs to the second floor - the step sticks out into the passage. Didn't like the location of the guest bathroom.

Now your touring music needs to be more lively because it puts us to sleep and only the nicer home and staging keeps us awake. We seem to enjoy your homes with more than a two car garage. Small living spaces and kitchen. Kitchen looks like it was designed for a bachelor’s pad. No storage. Not practical at all. Hard to see a family living there. This house should have been a 3 bedrooms with bedroom 1 space added to the living/kitchen area.

Dang... I really like the house... and its not in a HOA from the looks of it...which is a plus....the back yard can fit a pool and small garden... the main level is all for owner... and that second laundry means the connecting laundry to the master is like an extension to the closet than anything else... they got their own living room upstairs and the rooms are big with their own bathrooms.... but... still too close to neighbors.... I could risk it and if hate neighbors rent the entire house out or if I really hate the neighbors ArBnB it out or make it affordable housing renting each room out.... LOL

Nice home tbh 😊! But hope that 0:54 living room ceiling is at a decent height 🙄! It just seems to look more like that of Cincinnati, Ohio houses than DFW, Texas 😂! Hope that home builder(who built that a slight disappoint)must look into that matter seriously🤷🏻♂️!( may be he from rust belt ohio 🙄🤣!)And should & must be concerned & prioritize a buyer's comfortability to live in a big, open spaced, high ceiling, almost luxurious sophisticated property. Although I can understand the need of a space & close proximity to the central business district aka downtown. But still..... should be kind at a excessive money grabbing ,artificially raised high price🤷🏻♂️! (that's my personal opinion) Anyways talking about your part, the video🎥 is amazing as of always. Nothing new or interesting. For 2.5 million, they could have built a staircase up so that it wouldn't protrude into the hallway. The kitchen cabinets are dated, the second-floor bathrooms could have been tiled to the ceiling.

@sergioandsheila I love the design! I live up North and considering a move to Dallas (or surrounding area). I have family and friends in Mckinney , Plano, Rowlett, Fort Worth , Celina and Richardson). But we LOVE our basements up North. The storage space, game rooms, bar and tornado shelter.

My style of home "Transitional" I only have two things that they could improve on: 1) 5.5M I need a bigger primary closet or it should have had two 2) the guest house bath should have been built upstairs along with a small kitchenette and perhaps a pull down built in shelf that doubles as a queen size bed
