I thing this is great. You've solved the problem of physical touching the clay and interference with a fixed tool! I'm going to make one. Thanks. I'm so glad i found this.

do you have an etsy or ebay account where you sell these?

Hello woodturners, I have been asked by my husband Peter Fisher to tell you that he is no longer able to carry out any woodturning due to a bad stroke that has taken away the use of his left arm. However, he is more than happy to give any advice or help if you wish to make a pepper grinder. Please contact me here. I apologise in advance as there may some delay on the response.

Sorry to hear about Peter, I would like to know what internal bore diameter his perspex was , thank you and stay strong.
@parapotter13 жыл бұрын
@@shanestevens622 Hi Shane, thanks for the message. Peter says that the internal bore diameter of the perspex tube has to be the same as the external diameter of the grinder chamber. I hope that makes sense.
@parapotter13 жыл бұрын
The grinder has to slip inside the perspex.
@shanestevens6223 жыл бұрын
@@parapotter1 hi ,sorry I was after the actual size . I haven't bought my grinding unit yet and was keen to know the internal bore of the perspex so I could buy them together. If you can remember the size that is, thanks.
@parapotter13 жыл бұрын
Peter isn't able to go to the workshop to check, sorry. He suggests that you contact the grinder supplier for the dimensions of the grinder. The perspex tube comes from The Clear Perspex Tube Company and they have plenty of different sizes. He mentions the external size, but not the internal, in the video, but perhaps there again the suppliers should be able to tell you. Hope this is helpful.

*A high quality pepper mill that feels good in the hand๏๏๏>**allmy.tips/Pepper_mill?jj** looks gorgeous, and allows you to easily and quickly adjust the size of the peppercorns that you're grinding. The top is also very easy to remove and refill.*

I am sorry to say that 9 months ago I had a stroke which affected my left arm and I am not woodturning at the moment. Thank you for your lovely comments and if you or any one on here makes a grinder like mine, I should be interested to know how you get on. Peter.

First, who are the 2 peeps that gave thumbs down? Let's see their vid. Oh, they don't have one. Second, loved the process of wire burning. What an elegant simple add that completely changes the dynamics of the overall look. Outstanding project, video, commentary, etc... Just bought a lathe and can't wait to try this. Many thanks!
