I beat this game yesterday. It was a fun game. Bosses are somehow difficult but still fun to challenge. The final boss is definitely more challenging.

I've honestly never really liked this version of Giygas, feels too much like a edgy teenager crappypasta. I know there was another Mugen Giygas much closer to the og game, you even had to crouch to pray in the last part.

I think I understand what is happening despite not playing this. I think every few hits or so it is sending the player into a minigame of sorts. If they fail, they die, losing a life. Afterwards they can continue beating up the boss.

In the Mugen version is even more nasty. If you lose a minigame you basically get rekt and lose the round, at least here you have some extra lives to fight.

Yea if i remember right, the minigames happens when you touch the dude when he becomes a vortex.
