Came to see if you’d dropped something new and realized I hadn’t seen this content. It’s been about 20 years since I’ve been to Dubai, and back then it wasn’t as built up as it is now and I didn’t find it to be much fun, so thanks for the new look. Way to treat your beautiful wife. Perfect timing to find this video of your journey. In 2 weeks I get an aortic valve replaced here at Hartford Hospital Connecticut. Nice review! I think the new configuration on the 777-300 is much nicer. However, like AA the food and service on BA can be hit or miss. The first time I flew on BA in J was back in 1998 when they were amazing (and before they joined One World with AA) and I have not flown in coach on any flight over 4 hours since then and I use miles and cc points to make it happen, along with sacrifice in other areas. I have always thought AA was a bad influence on BA as they use to be such a superior hard & soft product. Anyway, new sub … you won me over with the pre-meal prayer! Peace, blessings, and traveling grace to you and your wife and may your audience continue to grow!

First week of October is my surgery. 39 years old, bicuspid aortic valve with moderate to severe regurgitation and ascending aortic aneurysm 4.9cm. I met many surgeons and i decided who it will be. He will send back to the company that makes the corcym haart annuloplasty rings my data from my CT coronary angiography and my transesophageal ultrasound so that they say the success rate of going for aortic valve repair. If surgeon gets the green light that's plan a. But that means full sternotomy. If not minimally invasive benthal with the corcym bicarbon mechanical valve, which needs low anticoagulation from day 1 and uou can even stop sintrom for 4-5 days safely and have another procedure (dental for instance). I just returned from the capital to the island where i stay by plane. Next week i travel there with wife cause months ago, before knowing or expecting any of this, we got into a program for in vitro fertilization. And after i give sperm in a couple of days i go into surgery. Which means my wife isn't and won't be there with me. My parents will. They are not ok. They are afraid and crying and miserable even though they don't want me to see. But i see it. I am in a shock still. I feel like all this is happening to another person and not me. Or that i will wake up and it was just s bad dream. I feel like i am out of my body, disassociated up to a level. I'm afraid of the aneurysm till the day of the surgery cones and for the afterwards. I feel like it will never be ok again. I'm afraid but primarily I'm shocked. A few days ago i was planning my year, job , master's degree, family and now....is this really happening to me?

I finally spent the last year trying different versions of the 3 I take until i feel I would say about 95% normal most of the time. Normal as in as close to I did before, energy and brain fog. I had open heart surgery 6 days ago. I am home now and this video was wonderful to watch. It was validating to see what I've already been through and gives me hope for my first week home recovering. My aortic valve had to be replaced due to an undiscovered congenital defect that left me with a valve that was way too small accommodate my body. I was originally scheduled for TAVR, but after meeting with the cardiac surgeon, I decided t go with science over sales and pipe dream. The doctors said I'm just too young for TAVR (65) and there aren't any people walking around the U.S.with 15 year old TAVRs. I have a bio valve (bovine), which should do me well for another 15-ish years. Then I can have the TAVR when I'm age appropriate and there's more information and improvements.
