Just got a 2016 soul wagon. Am loving it. It yellow bright.

I had the 2011 Kia soul EX. Awesome car. Had 150,000 miles on it. I had it well maintained. Unfortunately it was stolen and found it totally trashed in a canal. 😢. I hope to purchase the 2025 Kia Soul GT WITH ALL THE EXTRAS PRETTY SOON 😊

Because of your video RE; the KIA SOUL my wife and I test drove a new one last week. The salesman sat in the back seat .........He is 7' ft 1" tall , no joke ! My guess is that there was over 600 pounds in the car wife 130 me 195 and him at least 300 easy. I was shocked at how well the Soul with on 147 HP drove. By the way it was a S model in an orange color that we did not care for....the brite blue with a black roof would be our choice over all.

Excellent review and yes the Kia Soul is a great car. I have owned 3 Souls since the early days of the car being sold in the USA. All 3 have been a pleasure to drive, with no real problems to speak of . I keep them well maintained and follow the maintenance schedule. My latest Soul is a 2023 Soul Ex Model, that I purchased new in Aug of last year. It now has 12,656 miles on it and it is a pleasure to drive. I hate to say it but I have been hearing rumors that 2025, may be the last year of production for the very popular Kia Soul. I hope its nothing more than rumors floating around, and that the Kia Soul has many more years of production..

I have a 2024 Kia Soul EX with 4,500 miles on it. Its not uncommon for me to get 40 mpg on the highway.

Did not know Kia Soul offered a light gray interior .....now we are interested ! No black in or out for us .

The economy is rolling over and we're very close if not already in a recession. Lots of people are losing their full time employment and replacing it with multiple part time gig jobs. I can't imagine this slow down will get better any time soon.

I enjoy dinner/grocery delivery but it’s become very expensive. Curbside offers convenience without the cost. The effects of high rents really curb an individual’s disposable income. I think people are just trying to be smarter about how they spend their money.

I have accepted that i care nothing about acceptance rate since being on the apps starting in 2016.

Gig companies spend time thinking about ways to reduce their rates. Roadie, for example, likes to "bundle" deliveries. I won't run Best Buy deliveries 'cause they bundle orders. They'll list 10 items going maybe 80 miles and start the fee at $50. If you own a hybrid then maybe that's profitable. Your time is probably worth more than the $12/hr you're getting but there are some thirsty people out there.

The platform is screwing both sides. When you order a ten dollar sandwich and end up paying 30 bucks without the tip, its like buddyyy. This is why i personally dont use these services. The ubers and grub eats have gotten way too greedy.

I signed up for Walmart Spark over 2 years ago yet they still say my area is full. I run into people all the time that say they just started working for Spark & recently signed up 💀

If you don't do it, someone else will. You look for dollars they will take pennies.

i agree with you, I have done the food apps for almost 4 years, the orders have become so bad, its not worth it anymore, gas prices, bad tippers and lower pay from the apps, its just about done, IF you want to turn a profit, silly drivers, how dare they want to profit lol

Talking with these newly arrived illegals, I've found out there are ppl out there that are renting gig accounts out to these people that don't have the legal documents to which include no licenses, etc.

Every ride every delivery we are all training our replacement. Ai. This was the plan from the beginning.

Mario makes two good points. The first is the gig economy from a provider side has outgrown the demand. You cant have a whole nation of jobs seekers and third world immigrants doing the same, almost slave model platforms. Also, the 2nd being its very possible more people who order can get immune to tipping or small amts. I mean really they hide behind their doors already

Scary to think how fast the deliveries could be taken over with autonomous driving since it'll happen with products faster than humans -I mean Uber eats before Uber.

Gen 2 had direct injection. My '23 engine CVT combo much better than my '17 which got 4 mpg less and burned oil. Gave it to my daughter with the warning to check the dipstick weekly. Did she? Nah. The Gen 3 has burned no oil at all. Biggest fear is KiaBoyz. They can't steal this but they're stupid and may break my windows anyway. Maybe a red steering wheel lock and the new logo will deter them. It's a KN, right?

I've been thinking about getting one and I found an older 2010 Ignite Orange one with the 2 0 ingine andvI heard they're super reliable as well. I'm going to test drive it tomarro.

I don't do any of this (gig work), but still find it very interesting and have been watching along. This seems like it would be cool content for a Udemy course. You are already doing KZbin vids, perhaps just a 4 - 5 hour course on how to get started, what to look for, then of course, how to calculate revenue, taxes, etc.

Brother, I stopped using Upside because of this. I just go to whatever is cheapest in the neighborhood that isn’t a trashy station.
