In Naga wrestling holding belt on the front side of the opponent body and putting your shoulder on the opponent's chest is not allowed Because it will restrain your opponent from applying tactics as it gives you the advantages of pushing opponent away or resist your opponent from coming closer to you. Thus, in most cases a single match becomes too lengthy or 0 point is given to both players if neither of them fail to win a single bout. Finally, a solution, inorder to give point to wrestlers , if neither of the player win a single bout within a given time frame, a toe match will be given..in this match the players will apply tactics nonstop until one of them falls.. All this rules are introduced in Naga wrestling to give the players a fair chance to use their skills and talent and also inorder to safe time..
