Thanks. I think the Morningstar could work for your application it is a very powerful tool it is capable of sending up to 16 different MIDI messages per switch. The software is very easy to use as well. Have a great day.

I have not encountered any issues with midi control on the mx5. I was using the mx5 with the Morningstar MC6 and it worked perfectly fine for me, you can see it in this video. kzbin.info/www/bejne/fGGyhWOeqaigbaM which controller are you using?

Ya descubiré si eso es posible de hacer y hasta dónde puedo llegar. No it does not. I assume they will come out with a bass version of this at some point.

2.7 update came out when I made the video, the last update was about 2 years ago. The mx5 is the best bang for the buck you can get, especially used. I sure you will be very happy with it. Congrats on joining the Headrush family. Rock on! 👍

Possibly, who knows, it took 2 years to get this one. I think they are getting ready to release the next gen version of the mx5 soon.

I totally understand, my whole guitar collection is Gibson's and Fender, but I must admit my two new Eastmans are quickly becoming my favorite guitars to play. they are so well built. I have an Epiphone 339 that I have heavily modified and while it was one of my favorites as soon as I got my Eastman I have not picked up any other guitar to play. I haven’t plugged it in yet, but just out of the case it is beautiful and the build quality and setup is as perfect as I’ve seen on a new guitar. The case is very nice, too. I’m getting ready to take it to my guitar lesson and I can’t wait to try it out! So far, the hype about Eastman seems to be legit. 😊

@@ThePaddedPedalroom Ok, I have had the opportunity to plug it in and play it and OMG do I see what all the hype is about. This guitar is special, man. I immediately bonded with it and I can’t believe how easily it plays and how great it sounds. Setup is perfect. Intonation spot on. Fretwork is awesome. I could go on, but I think you get the point. I have about 24 guitars and if I could only have one, it would be my gold top P90 Les Paul, just because I love it and its look is so iconic. But my 2nd choice would be the Eastman, which is saying a lot because I have 6 other Gibsons and a Heritage. I can see why you would be willing to sell your Gibsons and Fenders to get more Eastmans. I might have to look into an SB56 or SB59 (or both) at some point. I’m not certain about long term value or collectibility of the Eastmans compared to the Gibsons, but I don’t necessarily care about that. It’s all about the playability and sound for me and the Eastman has both in spades. Ok, enough gushing. 😁

If you have a decent acoustic you are better off recording straight in or with a mic. The best use for this pedal is if you want to mimic an acoustic sound but do not want to drag a second guitar to a gig.

Hi, Yes I do, I recently sold my Headrush Prime and Gigboard and re-bought the MX5. I think the MX5 is the best bang for the buck and it sounds fantastic. if you listen to my last 2 videos in the jam parts you can hear how good it sounds. You can get a used one for a great price and it has the most user friendly interface of all the modlers. Cheers.
