Can you do a video on the gyro I just built the rhino racing rts 1:24 with the same gyro and furitek momentum esc motor combo and idk if I’m just new into drifting or if my set up is off

@@HOUSECAT47 if the gain is too high it will be super shaky and not smooth, if it’s too low you’ll spin out, just have to find that sweet spot. You should be able to set your transmitter to make gain adjustments for whichever channel you have the gyro plugged in on the receiver

By the time is does blow up, their will be 100+ more chassis available and the DB will probably be discontinued by then being he's pretty much a one-man operation. But I appreciate the kind words!

i also put the rop in my ax24 recently and im noticing that when the front suspension is fully compressed the front (metal) drive shaft rubs the motor. have you run into this same issue? if so what if any was the soultion?

I didn’t have that issue, I was on stock driveshafts, maybe your aftermarket ones are bigger?

@@nicksgarage5395 yea they definitely are larger in diameter at the connecting portion. i only switched because my first run on actual rocks i snapped the stock shaft haha. thanks for the replies🤙

Tbh I’m still using the stock rear servo it hasn’t went out yet so I haven’t replaced it, these servos are a dime a dozen anyway in the event they do crap out again. Next time I’ll get some higher end ones to try out

It is! I wouldn’t say fitment is the best as the rear wheels protrude from the body and ultimately limit suspension travel unless you raise the body mounts up, but aside from that it definitely works

@@Hysterically-Inaccurate now they do offer 1/24 chassis with adjustable wheel-base to make as wide or narrow as you need. The top 2 id recommend are any of the drift arts, or the atomic drz v3

It’s a standoff that is included with the chassis, all you need is the magnets themselves

First of all, I’ve been watching your videos since I’ve been into rc drifting at a 1/10 scale, so awesome to see your comment! But man let me tell you, it’s just as addicting if not more than the 1/10’s. Any table top or small patch of floor is a potential track for these 🤘🏼

The body is a normal 1/24 plastic kit / body? Did you paint it yourself? The plaza Japan site doesn’t offer pre painted bodies or does it? Thx in advance

Yes it’s normal plastic, came white. I just used some leftover tamiya black backer I had for my 1/10’s, and I already had translucent red and orange I hand painted for the tails
