Dude the reason why your bothered by it is because you can’t pleasure yourself for the Female Warrior. Also if you think DQ has been “censored” in your POV, since 2012 the Female Warrior was already redesigned to look less sexy/skimpy by adding black spandex underclothes. And most Christian symbols like the Cross was already been censored since the DW days of the series and been finalized as a Trident when DQVIII was released both in JP and the west. And this was done when Toriyama was still alive mind you. If you think your a DQ fan, try looking yourself in a mirror if you really think your are one.

oh come on, I've read this bs enough times now. the cover artworks for the first DQs in the west were also drawn by a different artist and could count as "not respecting the original artworks" yet nobody cared. this time, a new artist makes new art based on the original one because the original artist can't anymore, and giving it some new touches and of course they're trying to play it safe. I'm NOT happy with censorship but it's not altering the story or anything else in any way, the artworks aren't even shown in the game so go cry somewhere else over some less cleavage. Also wtf is wrong with you, Toriyama wasn't some kind of god, he was hired to design some characters and monsters based on descriptions from Horii and he masterfully did, but even while he was alive, there were lots of censorships in games, like DQ8 3DS, DQMonsters Terrys Wonderland 3D, DQX, and so on. Do you really think the bikini armor design had some deep meaning that is destroyed by censoring it? It's literally a little less titty for y'all. I like anime titties as much as every other guy on the internet, but I'm not crying so much that I would boycott an awesome game that has lost nothing due to this.

Do you even know what was changed or are you just angrily regurgitating others people's talking points? Im legit curious because i feel like you wouldn't be upset if you realized how little was "changed" So they covered the bare butt cheeks of a female warrior in an E rated game, a probelm that didn't exist in 1988 as there was not rating systems for games. Nevermind you cant see it anyway as its a 6 inch pixelated character. The actual in game model still looks really good and people are complaining about promotional art ...not even in game graphics. Not to mention that particular female warrior class character model hasn't matched the promotional model in game in probably over 20 years or more and it was never an issue because graphics arent what they are now and you couldn't see every detail. If this was a fan service game or something adult oriented and they were needlessly toning down a character i could understand the outrage, but this is a children's fantasy jrpg.....lets get serious. Needless to say DQ 12 appears to be going in a more adult direction and will most likely be rated M so this will be a non issue.
