Why dont you guys do a kit or any parts for the xvs250 but you do kits for the xvs 650 and 1100 and even the xv250? The xvs250 is far better bike than the xv250! Is there anything in the making?

I bought a 2007 Ninja 250 that has a kit already installed, and my only concern is that the tachometer does not seem accurate. It definitely seems to register lower rpms than what the engine is actually doing but I have no idea how to see if it is or needs to be recalibrated. As it is, the engine IS redlined and maxed out around 10-1100rpms vs the indicated redline from 14000-15000 rpms on the tach. Any one have a idea on what to do?

@jwtfuw6607 is just being a ass. He (BCB) puts these videos out for all of his kits, regardless of the model. Not everyone is a pro like @jwtfuw6607. Even if you are mechanically inclined, it's nice to be able to watch a video reference rather than some cheap Chinese manual. These kits are the best, American made, coming from a great mom/pop company . So it's funny seeing the hate from someone who doesn't even own one.

So I am assuming you paint before soaking in water. My DE high heat silicon black spray paint says it only cures at temps above 400 degrees... So will it also wash off in the water with the dye?

I already had driving lights and turn signals installed, but I added a new LED light bar that includes both driving lights and turn signals, along with an optional headlight. I noticed around 5:54 in your video, you had the same issue I did-I could hook up either the turn signal or the running light in the front, but not both at the same time. What did you change to make it so you can have the running lights on while still using the turn signals? I’ve read that you have to choose between the two and can’t have both LEDs connected, but it seems like you’ve managed to get both working.
