😮 invest in a stud finder that detects electric wiring, and is there one that detects water lines - even PEX? Anywhere above or horizontal to outlets, switches, etc possibly has power! Check behind the walls, look on top for wires going into the wall. Anywhere a wire goes through a stud should, should have a metal protection plate covering the stud. So, a nail or screw can't penetrate the wiring.
