Thanks for creating this look at the new Broad Marsh area. At the moment it looks OK, but it will need people to keep it clean, weed & litter & graffiti free. Most of the rocks (not all) look big enough to resist re-landscaping by revellers. So what is next planned for the rest of this area? Nottingham has a lot of history which should be celebrated. Bye!

@TheBeeryBoater2 ай бұрын
The bus terminal was there when the Evening Post building was there, and the carpark. All have been demolished now. New buildings are in their place. Buses do sill drop-off on Milton Street and Burton Street opposite the former Guildhall building. Most of the food delivery cyclists appear to be foreign. They never seem to warn you that they are behind you. They don’t have bells and the majority are riding illegal cycles with motors much higher powered than the 250 watt motors you are allowed with regards legal electric bikes in the UK. Basically they do no give a dam about pedestrians.

@@TheBeeryBoater Thank-you for keeping me updated on my home town, I think those E bikes should only be allowed on roads in the city, there are way too many people in the UK, we only have the E scooters here in Australia that are allowed on pavements in the city, its a big NO to the bikes and there are a lot less people..Think you should start a petition over there..

It is good that the square is utilised nowadays, but I miss seeing the grass and trees. No, I didn’t buy anything; it was a last minute decision to visit. Sneinton Market is technically still going but the last time I went, there was only three stalls on a Saturday. I think the combination of Covid and many folks using one-stop shops and online outlets such as the likes of Amazon, have all contributed to the at one time much loved Sneinton Market losing itself. ☹ There are a few shots of the market in the later part of this video, but I do intend to go down there again to record the place for social history. kzbin.info/www/bejne/sJK4h2Rno9itjMU
