omg all my text is gone .. tldr: pala with 2-3 auras would be cool (kinda like nec) aura 1 leftklick / aura 2 "just perma" / aura 3 rightklick and they could add somehting like darkpact but for auras, or make every aura have special effect if u have the "20/20" imp aura thing for 2 max auras and maybe at least two maxed out auras, holy fire could shoot a combustion every 10 sec for example if u have 3 auras enabled. or make aura mastery a thing that u can press that activetes special effect from the auras on 10-20 sec cd and if u press it ur auras dont turn off. (kinda like crusader aura mastery thing from diablo3) i feel like you could do alot of fun stuff with all this. the special effect could be a little like the heralds in poe, or a bit like the old talrasha set wizzard in diablo3 that rotates all elements, endless options.

now imagine adding 4 new skills in which 2 are based on a existing one. 2 have a too high cooldown to be used. 2 non active buff skills in the combat skill tree aaaaaand loose that one very interesting skill that WOULD TOTALLY FIT TO AURAS that was deleted... external revives that barely dip into auras... well.. that one skill everyone uses because it has no frame disadvantages which obliterates any other melee skill is left... not even pointing to that teleport skill that needs 20 point investment which shouldnt exist in the first place and surely should not have a 2 second cooldown on a creep attack... im scratching my ass pimples here. talking about blizzard has shitty game design ideas. i mean add winions which are defensively bad to utilize the def tree. add synergies to def tree auras so you could dip into items (vigor has might synergy so when you run vigor you also have x % might on.).. or what ever. just dont do the mistake they apparently are doing to necro by killing his 40 point builds. fackin cacksackre.

Nah bro. Revive skill on paldian is on of the theme. In D2R paladin loses life after revive cast. I agree, class need some summons, acolyte mby, some kind od Valk.

I think you pointed out the issue very well. Most Pala skills are useless because most of them are auras but you can only have one active at a time. I like the idea of aura mastery allowing you to use multiple auras, like one offensive and one defensive one as well as a rebalancing of auras so that there is more variety.

I dont really get it, if paladin auras are not "worth it" make the auras from mercs/RW worse? not range but level Infinity with lvl 3 conviction(example), solo players still gonna use it but pala will always be worth it. This works for offensive auras atleast, defensive auras have always been a joke dunno how to fix that lol nerfing range is a really bad way since the nerf for teleporting classes is hardly noticable

Good suggestions! PD2 pally feels underwhelming to me compared to the other classes. I'm not saying that it isn't viable/powerful. It just doesn't feel as interesting. Pick one aura out of six offensive aura options to compliment your combat tree options. Defensive tree only exists for synergies or max res at this point.

I got a 545% ed eth warshrike knife, so I'm wondering if that's a "good" weapon for this build. Never played it and don't have a second weapon *sigh*

Grandfather no longer has + to warcries, it gives + to war CRY which is just that one skill and not all the warcries. A plain +3 warcries stick is better than gf on swap.

if the amp axe is in the barb's main hand (right hand on screen), the amp proc is more consistent, by the way. Same for any duel-wield, just how the game is coded.

Nice dmg and build, looks safe too! You can hold down the key for zeal when you have quickcast. Will probably save you thousands of clicks every map :)

Build seems interesting, but dang you gotta get some quick cast buttons haha. That clicking/ keyboard noises would drive me wild - you can just hold down q and it will auto attack pretty much forever just have to move the mouse around to what needs to die.

I tried hoj+ dragon + alma Negra. You can drop a few points from salvation to make sure your joust is maxed and throw dual dream on your Merc. Both auras + max conviction and are really nice zeal/charge damage to kill immune uniques/map basses. The other option and the one I'm doing now is using a doom/shattered wall on swap and alma Negra+ CTA on swap. Just weapon swap when you need to kill the boss

this looks really neat and i like that you're using crafted weapons. What do you feel is the best way to level your barb through the difficulties before swapping into throw? I have been toying with the idea of using 2x warshrikes if it works the way i think

Ravens are the bulk of the damge and they don't benefit from auras, so why the fana + might ?
