Oh at last...the one and only Moog One video, (and I've watched a hundred at least), where someone is saying something, nice one Mr.Eric.

After many months of saving, I jumped in and bought the Moog One. It’s an amazing machine! Whilst the price tag is high..I’d have to say it warrants it! Totally blown away by the sounds! Great jam on yours here mate. 😎

Man U Lit this on Fire Hendrix Stlye!, definitely sounds unique with those pedals, add tons of texture to the already warm sound!!

Nicely done!!!! How does the basses on the Moog One compare to your top Moog in this rig (i.e. Moog Model D<?>).
@EricLevyMusic4 жыл бұрын
Thanks! That top keyboard is a Moog Voyager Old School. If I have a favorite for bass, maybe the Slim Phatty on the other side of my room. But that’s only 2 oscillator, I could stack 3 with the Voyager, and tons on the One. Different character to all, but the One is most versatile, with the dual filters & voice stacking possibilities.

@@EricLevyMusic Cool. Thanks for the info. I have the Moog Voyager 'current version' and Sub 37. I just wondered if the Moog One had the balls and growl of the classic Moogs. I guess I'll get a chance to play one eventually.

Nice!!! That was a great performance. That’s the first time I witnessed a musician do a mind meld with a Moog One. That was a nice preset too. When you stacked it up with some outboard gear, the sound was very thick and tasty. Cheers to Moog for giving us the One. You CAN’T get a gorgeous warm sound like that with a digital synth. Nope you can’t.

Thank you. You just demonstrated why the Moog One is worth the hasty price tag. Even though it sounds as thick and rich as a chocolate milk shake, IT’S THE MODULATION possibilities! And very little menu diving is necessary. Just grab a knob and have it.

Great jam, Eric. And especially impressive for a live take with no edits. I especially enjoy the way you weave all your gear into a single sonic tapestry -- all done seamlessly and on the fly. Thanks for sharing this.

Eric, thanks for taking the time to record these jams and putting them up on YT. This epidemic has not only been devastating for people's health but also resulted in a total shutdown of concerts and large gatherings. I am sure it has been difficult. All the best to you and yours.

Nice work, Eric. Great jam and masterful use of multiple keyboards. And I agree with Robert; that transition at around 9:00 is a nice touch. Also, the way you wrap it up starting at around 12:34 is very effective.
@robertcox59484 жыл бұрын
I like the transition to just a solo keyboard near the end. Nice groove on the bass and percussion. It also looks like you really enjoy yourself doing these jams. Keep up the good work.
