Thank you! I always do this in PowerPoint, but couldn't figure it out in Word. I don't have that little font box that you forgot the name for :) I am on a Mac, so I tried Command+D (as it shows in your video) and the feature popped up.

You can now use ChatGPT to create a VBA macro that can do this now. Kutools not needed any more. For the record, Kutools is free but they charge after a month for their more advanced features.
