Thanks for the video. Are there any farmers running 60 foot Honeybee heads in North America-?
@HoneyBeeManufacturingLtdАй бұрын
Hi John. Thanks for the question. Most of them are in Australia, but we do have one or two going in Saskatchewan.

I was hoping to see a 60 foot Honeybee head-! Hopefully Honeybee are still building 60 footers otherwise the competition with that GTS 62 footer will dominate the marketplace.
@John-nc4bl7 ай бұрын
Honeybee need to start producing more 60 foot heads and even wider heaads for the new Class 11 combines that are going into production such as the NH CR11 and the CASE/IH AF11. If Honeybee fail to produce these wider heads, Brazil will capture the market with their GTS 62 foot heads.

Faith Hope Farms | Mike Mitchell - ah, now we know what that Honey Bee header was that you couldn't show 3:18..... :)
@John-nc4bl7 ай бұрын
Mike did not like the 60 foot header as he said that it did not flex far enough for uneven ground. The head was missing a lot of crop at its outer end.
@Yeti5737 ай бұрын
Mike was talking about the 50' header. The 60' header didn't "exist" at that time. Yes, the 60' header would have the same issues as the 50' header. @@John-nc4bl

To bad this technology is only for millionaires. The only thing Honeybee can't make is a starter header for beginning farmers!!
@bradenconway9066 Жыл бұрын
Lets see it in drought crops and not pick up rocks. Not saying it’s a bad header but from my experience a Macdon and even a CNH flex is better. Gotta say a honeybee is fantastic as a swather header though

It seems odd to have 60 feet of header and not one kernal going into the hopper.

Experimental seedless variety. You can farm on youtube without the hassle of all the trucking. (Its canola- black seed)
@Parents_of_Twins9 ай бұрын
@@lynwessel2471 What is average production for canola in bushel per acre or is it pounds/kilograms per acre for canola. I know very little about canola.
@lynwessel24719 ай бұрын
@@Parents_of_Twins I dont know much about it either except that it's rapeseed varieties that comply with Canadian standards for producing an oil thats healthier. I'm sure you can look up statistics for US or Canadian average yields quite easily.

Amazing drone footage, particularly where they all come out at the end of the run, and line up to start the next sweep at 90°.

Great demo, looking forward to an operator's demo looking at the mechanical systems functions. Currently working with 2014 macdon flex in red lentil country. It's been good but looking forward to the possibility of switching back to honey bee.

I have a wish regarding the dealer locations in central Europe. You guys definitely need to open up more dealer locations in central Europe (for example, Belgium, Germany or Austria). If we had the coverage of southern Sweden it would be great.
