Thank you! Yes this is definitely different to how dispatchers work in real life haha. To make it more spooky and also not having access to a building like you described, I made some creative changes that I hope can make it an enjoyable horror :) I tried to at least explain in the writing in the beginning that it's set in a small, and probably not as progressed, town for the reason of being short on dispatchers and difference in location. And that the already few staff took leave. I appreciate despite knowing how it really works, you still gave it a watch and enjoyed it for what it was! I hope to keep improving in each short film :D

Unfortunately everyone's screens have different brightness and is difficult to account for them all! As well KZbin compresses videos, making it much harder to see what is going on in the dark as everything is less sharp and more blurry. While the original footage is much cleaner. These are things we are still learning to battle and hopefully find a way around in the future! Hopefully you could enjoy the bright scenes in the first 11 minutes ☺I'm sure other beginner film makers will improve and hope that you can enjoy our future films!

​@FoxFireProductions Thank you for explaining the issue. I've noticed the dark scenes being hard to see as well. Is there anything we can do with our phones to get it to look at little better?

@@jkkhutson Hello! You might've tried already, but turning up to max brightness in your settings is one option. Each device is different and some phones can view dark scenes better than others. Or watching it in a dark room so lights or reflections won't make it harder to see, as well it give a more spooky ambience to watch a horror short in hehe :) I hope to improve this error on my part in future films though!

It's horror. If it was in on a sunny day, bright room, it wouldn't have the same feel
