You can adjust the voltage of the Yokohama regulator after opening the box. You will find a variable resistor in the voltage control circuit. You can move it with a square screwdriver and adjust the voltage as required. Although the voltage of 214 volts falls within the normal voltage range and does not cause any problem.

After struggling with the legs for about 20 mins, I simply inserted the legs by applying little pressure on both pins using my thumbs and then assembled the 2nd shelf and applied pressure from the top using my palm. That did the trick.
