Thanks a lot for keeping these up. It's great to get to play earlier BILAL (w/backup meshing w/him amazingly). Luv this version of Sometimes w/extended improv outro! I saw Bilal in Roots when Otherside dropped & his 1st solo was stellar. This cats voice is a weapon/instrument thats pure raw emotion that hits ya. Traveled to Napa to see him 7/24, 2 nights ,4shows. Gotta find it but have some songs filmed. His When will You Call was gut bunches w/band in pocket playing hard an slow. He played like 17/18 songs. Time before that travelled to Oakland to see him at Yoshi's his 3 sets. Thats when he did 11 cuts an was doin 1hr5-10m sets. Right before Lockdown filmed him emd of 2019 2 sets in Portland, 1 Seattle set & 4 Yoshi's sets in Oakland. Anyways nuff babbling...He just did 2 sets at NY Blue Note doing Love For Sale . Someone uploaded 10 songs from 1 out of the 2 sets on 4/28/24. Was also lucky Meshell Nedegeocello played 6 sets here coupke months back&got footage. I requested Love me Down & she did it for encore(that set was 6 songs including that encore,she jammed out hard that 1 set) & than asked for Towers & she smiled & said of course. She always amazing too. Also saw 3 Stanley Clarke sets recently,he did a insane No Mystery w/ so much tidbits played darting around til they did Pharoah Sanders Creator/Master Plan & the sax player channeled Pharoah an went berserk. Need to transfer some stuff up. Who knows if you'll even read this BUT Much thanks&appreciation
