They are playing hyperbloom, Raiden is the driver for the hyperbloom so if they have a lot of EM on Raiden then it's fine

I disagree, the trio of nahida, raiden, kokomi is fine on their own for hyperbloom. Using Neuvillette as additional DPS and hydro works welll.
