Hi I have submitted my degree for the attestation two weeks ago and now I wanted updates on it. I am calling on the given phone number but after trying multiple times it is NOT connecting by saying this number does not exit. Anyone up for the help please?

@@AasifKhan-iv2ob they have changed the number, and even if it’s working they tend to avoid taking the calls. I’d suggest see if anyone can share the updated number, or else you should physically go and see them. Have you checked with your university whether they have verified your details and sent it back yet?

@@charukeshi5213 Thank you for your prompt response. Actually, the problem is, currently I am not there in Delhi that is why I wanted to know the status by calling at phone number. I do contact the university last week, that time they said they have just received it today itself and will some time to process it. I do not know they have sent it back or not. Now, I will try to know any update from university side. If they have done with this then I can go physically there at HRD office.

@@AasifKhan-iv2ob first check with your university again to confirm whether they have checked it or not, once they confirm, you can someone else to go and check with the hrd officials. They might tell your friend or might not entertain them but it is worth a try.

@@niranjancoolkarni2004 hi, they don’t scam but they’re good with the guidance. I haven’t personally taken any of their services but people found them to be quite average. As with most consultancies, I recommend doing your own research and not just following what they say blindly

Documents like property papers, one and same name certificate, affidavits, employment proof, etc., are NOT returned by the embassy. So use Colored photocopies instead and carry the originals with you on the day of your appointment!

Hi, Thank you for sharing this information. I'm curious about the next steps after submitting the payment receipt at the DU office. Do they also affix another stamp on our degrees and transcripts, or is it solely a matter of collecting the receipt and informing HRD about the payment completion?

So they won’t affix an additional stamp on your original documents but on the photocopies they’ve received, they’ll verify that the documents are correct and not fake. Then they send it back to HRD office and post which the HRD office will affix the stamp at the back of your original documents.

Hi mam... I am going for bsc nursing in Italy and i have got a pre refusal from embassy on 14 November and in the notice they have stated unreliable proof of return ing back to home country As I stated I am enrolled in nursing program so I can't assure the embassy that spending 20 lakh for this course I will do a job paying 50k maximum per month cause this is so much imbalanced according me So please help me for this as I have 10 days with me.

Hi! I am still so confused. I did my undergrad and postgrad from DU and going to Belgium for my PhD. The Belgian University has asked to get the documents legalised and apostilled too. I read somewhere that legalisation can be done by getting a stamp or signature of the SDM.. Not sure if I need to get this or go to DU. Plus, the Belgian university has not provided the letter of acceptance.. Can you please help me with this? A lot of people are contacting the agencies to get this done.. Heard that the turnaround time is just a week. Should I contact them?

You have helped a lot! I was at verge of tears because how stressful this is. Thank you for sharing your experience. Finally I am going for the HRD process with some clarity. Update: Please take 2 photocopies of your transcript and physical DU degree along with payment receipts for verification process to the DU registrar office. Also room number 206 and 207 don’t do public dealing for verification process. You need to go to room number 102 and take approval from them and then for verification in room number 206 and 207.

Ma'am, please guide me: (for hrd attestation) mai degree verification ke liye online fee payment karne ke liye all options ko fill kia, lekin pay option pe click karne ke baad 'student's login' option aata hai jaha pe registered email dalne ka option hai aur captcha hai. But email aur captcha dalne ke baad captcha option khali ho jata hai aur aage kuch proceed nahi hota. But email pe payment link inbox ho jata hai, waha pe click karta hu to firse same payment opinion ajata hai aur same thing happens. What to do, ma'am? Please guide me. Aapse baat ho paata to bahut a66a hota.

After submitting your documents to the hrd office. Hrd people will ask you to wait for a few days and ask you to go to DU office. There you will submit your payment receipts.

@@diversenature7705 they don’t give any receipts. Usually this is communicated to the hrd office by the DU office only. Our role is to submit the fee receipt and chase the HRD office for updates

hello maam I have just received DU digital degree.. still waiting for the official degree in hardcopy since I am a 2022 graduate. I have an admission offer letter from a foreign university so i wanted to ask is degree attestation by ministry of HRD a must for the VISA process?? Also can digital degree provided by DU be used as a substitute for the attestation by HRD if an official hardcopy degree is not received ?

Hi, in most cases they require HRD attestation on your degree. But to get the proper answer, you need to check the visa requirements of the country of your university. Some countries are a bit lenient and they’ll allow, but most countries require it. Also, personal recommendation, before you make any decision, just thoroughly check the visa requirements on the embassy’s website. Because in most cases, the agents will make up stuff to get money from you and then your visa application will be rejected.
