Singapore was once a beautiful little island although life was quite tough but people are more gracious kind and simple. The gov also look after it's people to make it intoa developed country. But greed overtake it's leadership and now it's in a mess with over population and everyone is suffering to survive with high cost of living. Ending up losing those old human touch, graciousness and kindness. How I wish life could be more simple just like yesteryears....

In war, it’s always the innocent civilians who suffer the most. I pray for present and future politicians all over the world to please respect all lives and appreciate peaceful coexistence. We are born with a purpose. Let’s do our part to keep this world safe and beautiful in all ways.

We were there lare to early 1968 to early 1971, stayed in City Towers, on Bukit Timah Road. Studied in the Singapore American School. We had a Ford Cortina GT I remember CK Tang, Komala Vilas, Good Wood Park, Shangri-La Hotels

My father was a bus conductor. I remember playing with his ticket punching thing. 😊

脳内にずっと有る映像と同じなので何も変わってない感じがする。

この時代にタイムスリップ出来たらやりたいことがある。 母方祖父に会いたいから。 「お祖父ちゃん!」って呼んで甘えたい。 頭をワシャワシャ撫でられたい。 母がこの時代に産まれて…母が九歳のときに事故死をしたから会えなかった。 心霊ちょっとイイ話として語れる愛情と云う名のエピソードは沢山くれたけど。 だから…少し寂しくなる。

最後に竹橋にあるパレスサイドビルが現在もあるけど 当時からそのビルがあるのは貴重ですね

国鉄時代ですね。この時は鉄道のストライキで高校が休みでした🎌😂電車通学が多く…僕達が国鉄に入った1977年頃は無くなっていきました…戻りたい。

今だって十分いい時代だよ この当時より公害問題は抑えられてるし、当時間違いなく助かなかった病気も少しは助かるように医療技術は進歩してるし、家事は楽になり、遠くの友人へコミュニケーションが取りやすくなった こうして昔の映像を見ることも出来る もっと前向いて歩くべきでしょ 2度と戻らない過去を懐かしんでも何も変わらないだよ もう変えられないあの頃は良かったって言うならまだ変えられる今や近い将来をこの映像の頃の活気に戻せるように変えていこうよ 2024年の日本国民ならいけると思うんだ
