Lovely idea and tutorial! That thicker cardboard looks like it may be bookbinding board. Love that stuff. I used it to build 8x11" drawers and fronts to use inside a 36-slot paper sorter! Has been great storage at my desk.

I don't usually use metric to do my cards, too confusing for me.

So many tutorials and this one seems the most no-nonsense and I’m so excited! I’m planning on storing mine in a drawer on their sides and this is a wonderful way to create divider slots and using cereal board is perfect! And easily customizable! Thank you!

Loved it, nice to hear an Australian accent. If you ran your experiments thru your die cutting machine when you have finished the pressure would finish things of for you instead of using the bone folder you would have even pressure. Nice to see the experiments will try them for myself.
